Computer Classes :
Information Commons and the Health Sciences Library offer a wide variety of free Computer Classes for CUMC Faculty,
Staff and Students. The list below has specific information on classes taught by Information Commons staff, to view the schedule
of all classes and register please go to:
Information Commons is also happy to offer computer classes at your request - just contact us to work out a date and time that
is best for your department or school if you don't see a time on the calendar that fits your schedule. We do require a minimum attendance
of five people for these specially scheduled classes.
Information Commons Class List :
All classes require the basic computer skills of using a mouse and keyboard and opening and saving files.
All are one hour long except for Access I and Excel II and III, which are one and a half hours.
You must have a Columbia UNI to register and attend.
All classes take place at the Health Sciences Library 2nd floor Computer Classroom.
